If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a return or refund. When the issue is on our end, TAO SKIN covers all return shipping and fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 2–15 business days - thank you for your understanding.
